General Terms of Sale

Acceptance of the General Terms of Sale (hereinafter referred to as GTS) implies their complete application. They apply to every order placed by the Customer on the Back70.it website. The GTS constitute a contract between Back70.it and the Customer. The Customer therefore waives the right to rely on any contradictory document that would be opposed to Back70.it.

These GTS may be subject to further modifications, and the version applicable to the Customer’s purchase is the one in force on the website at the time of order confirmation. Changes to the GTS are effective for users of the Back70.it website from the time they are published online and cannot apply to transactions concluded previously.

Every user of the site must adhere to the GTS.

Validity of Offers

The offers are only intended for customers with a delivery address in Italy or any other European country.
The items visible on the site are available within the limits of available stock.

Product Presentation

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the utmost precision possible. The Customer is required to rely on the description of each product to understand its properties and essential features.

Product Prices

Prices are presented in Euro, including VAT for Italy, excluding any delivery charges. If the VAT percentage in force is modified, these changes may have repercussions on the product prices without prior notification to the Customer. Back70.it reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products are invoiced at the price in force at the time of order confirmation.

An invoice is issued by Back70.it.

Back70.it is not obliged to verify or inform the Customer of any customs duties and additional taxes. By ordering on the site, the Customer is considered the official importer of the order and is therefore obliged to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where the goods are delivered. Customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to customs inspection.

Order and Secure Payment

Order

The confirmation of the order implies the acceptance of the Back70.it General Terms of Sale. The Customer interested in an item visible on the Back70.it site is required to take the following steps to confirm the order:

Choose the color and the size.
On the cart page, verify the product details (color, quantity, size, price, etc.), with the possibility to modify, add, or delete one or more products.
Choose the payment method, delivery type, shipping address.
After choosing the payment method, the Customer definitively and irrevocably validates the order, with the effects mentioned above. Each validated order entails the obligation of payment.
An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer and serves as definitive proof of purchase.
The shipping times will vary depending on the destination country.

The transfer of ownership of the products sold by Back70.it to the benefit of the Customer will only take place upon full and regular payment by the Customer, regardless of the expected delivery date. The reservation of ownership clause does not impede any risks of loss or damage to the goods, which remain the responsibility of the Customer only after the order is delivered.

The Customer is obligated to verify the accuracy of the received goods and report any errors and/or defects.

Payment Methods

We exclusively accept payments through PayPal for a secure and convenient transaction experience. PayPal account holders can make payments directly from their account by entering their email address and password. This ensures that the customer’s financial information remains confidential. For those opting to pay with a credit or debit card, PayPal encrypts and safeguards the card details for added security.

Rejected Payment

Back70.it reserves the right to refuse to deliver or fulfill an order from a Customer who has not settled the total payment of a previous order, or if there is an ongoing payment dispute with the Customer, or in the case of confirmed fraud risk.

Any abusive dispute with PayPal may lead to a collection procedure by Back70.it.

Payment Verification

Back70.it verifies all orders that have been validated on its website. These checks aim to protect Back70.it from any abusive practices such as payment fraud.

Delivery by Back70.it

Orders placed are shipped the same day or the next business day. The indicated delivery times start from the date of purchase and refer to weekdays only (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not counted as working days).

Shipping costs are waived for Italy and set at 10 euros for all other European countries. Standard delivery timelines are 1-2 working days for Italy and 3-4 working days for the rest of European countries.

In the event of force majeure, Back70.it cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package is at risk of being returned to the sender. Any fees incurred will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Refund or Exchange

Every customer has the right to refund in accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU. All items purchased on Back70.it can be returned if the Customer wishes not to keep one or more products for the legitimate reasons listed below: the product does not meet expectations; the size is not right; the color is not as expected, etc. Back70.it products can be exchanged for a different size or refunded the amount paid.

To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:

The product(s) must never have been worn outdoors. The returned product(s) must be in new condition;
The returned product(s) must match those delivered;
The returned product(s) must be in their original and intact box (shoe box without adding tape), which should then be placed in any cardboard box;
The returned product(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date of order invoice;
Empty packaging will result in a refusal of the return, with consequent denial of exchange or refund.

Return Process

The Customer can exercise this right within 14 days from the date of order invoice. It is possible to request a return by writing an e-mail to the Customer Service.

Only one return request can be made per order.

The Customer will have to deliver the package to the courier of his/her choice in the case of a return and keep the proof of package deposit until the return process is closed for any verifications. All return expenses will be reimbursed by Back70.it.

The return will be processed within 7 to 10 working days following the invoice of the package in the warehouse. The Customer can then be refunded upon the return of all products in new condition, in their original packaging (a systematic check will be performed). In case of the refund, please wait up to 5 working days it to appear in your account.
